Returns policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

2. How to request a return

1. Email us at adrian@araclinch.com with your order number.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
4. We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.

3. Non-returnable products

Products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned when they are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, LGDCU). This applies in particular to liquid chalks and sprays once opened.
